Virginia University of Lynchburg’s (VUL’s) online Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management program examines management theory and its application in today’s global business environment driven by technology. Studies include organizational leadership, organizational change management, effective team-building, conflict resolution, and the impact of group dynamics on organizational effectiveness. Additional topics include communication skills for the organizational environment, strategic planning and management techniques, and human resource management practices.
